1 Year Blogiversary Wrap Up & Huge #Giveaways Box of YA Books and more some #International

Our final 1 Year Blogiversary post.

We are so happy we took this venture last year. We love books, reading and decided to share our love and thoughts with all of you. This has lead to so many opportunities and we have had so many great experiences our first year. From attending Costal Magic, UtopYA, Bookbash, Indie Fest, Yallfest, Huston Bookrave all in 2014 to getting to interview Marie Lu twice once on her Young Elites tour and then again at Yallfest, then interviewing Scott Westerfeld, Morgan Rhodes (review to come on 2015 posts), Claudia Gray, S.E. Green, Kimberley Griffiths Little and Martina Boone.  We organized our first signing only having been blogging a month last year in Feb. 2014 and that led to doing it again this year for 11 YA Authors. We have read some amazing books in 2014 and met so many amazing Authors. We are so excited for what 2015 will hold for us and can not wait to share it all with you.

We also met some great Bloggers this year. One of my online blogger friends who is the sweetest person you will ever meet moved from Arizona to FL and only lives an hour away. She has been a constant help. If you have not seen her blog go check out my friend and fellow twin blogger Tawney at Twinning For Books. Another blogger we had followed before we ever started our blog was No BS Book Reviews if I ever needed help and messaged Stephanie she was always ready to help anyway she could. I finally got to meet Stephanie at Yallfest this year. One of my favorite bloggers to talk books with is Brooke from The Cover Contessa check out her blog and follow her. Brooke is always up on the latest YA releases and living near NY she gets to go to the best events. She went above and beyond getting us a ARC we had been dying for at BEA this year Talon by Julie Kagawa. We were literally doing the happy dance. Our final blogger we want to recognize is Jaime from Two Chicks On Books that is not the only place to find her. She is the busiest blogger I have ever met. She co-runs Rockstar Book Tours Jaime is awesome! Fallon is always looking at her referrals since Jaime and her seem to have similar taste. Another blogger is Ren Reidy from A Little Bit of R&R blog, I had followed her blog and was so excited for the opportunity to meet her. I got to meet Ren at UtopYA and she was so sweet and great when I asked for advise as a newbie, she gave it readily. Lastly, but definitely not least is Damaris Cardinali  from Good Choice Reading who was the first blogger to give me help by going to my blog and telling me if it was remotely okay. Damaris also gave me my first ARC that she knew I really wanted to read. It is so hard for new bloggers to get books in advance, it was appreciated more than she knows. We want to thank these awesome bloggers for all there amazing support and we can't wait to meet more. This world at times can be catty but you can also make some great friends!
Go follow these amazing bloggers.

    1. Thank you for following us. Signings take so much planning. The best way is asking Authors when they will be coming near you. They do not know where all there fans live so by mentioning it to them they may keep it in mind for the future.

I think it's cool that this has led to meeting more people who love reading (I wish more of my friends did!) I also really like your reviews - a lot of the time they reflect what I was thinking so I just go YES! through the whole thing
