Fallon's Review:

I got an ARC of Six of Crows from BEA and was so excited to be able to read this book. I am a huge fan of Leigh Bardugo's writing and knew this was one of my must reads this year.

My favorite character in Six of Crows is Inej. I love her  no nonsense personality. She is tough and knows how to kick butt. Now this story has many POV's but Inej stands out. she is called Wraith and that name is perfect for this chick who can take on any man. Although, I think Inej does meet her match in Kaz.

These thieves have had to to survive the streets or be swallowed up by the horrors that happen around them everyday. Six of Crows was a more mature adventure in the Grisha world and I loved the Adult crossover appeal. This book was really for everyone and every gender.

Leigh Bardugo has such an eye for detail and even when a character has a more supporting role you still feel for them and they become more then just the background. I think that while Six of Crows has romantic interest in it and trust me you will want a certain ship. I liked how this was  little less angsty than The Shadow and Bone trilogy so far. I do not think I could handle if it was similar so I am so happy there were nods to the other Grisha books but this was a force all on it's own.

So now for my fangirling. This was a must read for me and it did not disappoint. I loved this book so much. A definite 5 out of 5 stars. I pre-ordered my copy right away and if you are a fantasy fan then you need to too!

Now for the unfortunate part. While I am excited to re-read this a couple times before book 2 I have to wait for book 2. I need more of Inej!!!! I am seriously crying inside at the thought of having to wait for this.
