Blog Tour: The Iron Warrior by Julie Kagawa with #International #Giveaway #Win

Follow The Iron Warrior and Iron Fey Farewell Tour

10/12 Julie Kagawa

I was so honored when Julie asked me if I wanted to be a part of this amazing Farewell tour. I am so sad to say farewell to the Iron Fey series. Ash was the ultimate bad boy that almost every girl wished they had someone like that to fight for them. This series was a winner from the very beginning and was a complete trailblazer in Young Adult. Julie Kagawa took a classic and mixed it with steampunk and originality and we all enjoyed the ride. I love the Winter court and evil dynamics that we got to experience throughout the series. The great thing about the Iron Fey series was every character no matter how big or small had layers and every book had layers that built on the next. One of my favorite books of all time will always remain the Iron Queen. Julie pulled such strong emotions from me and yes I ugly cried in public.

The Iron Warrior by Julie Kagawa
(The Iron Fey: Call of the Forgotten, #3)
Release Date: October 27, 2015
Publisher: Harlequin Teen; 384 pages

The Iron Prince—my nephew—betrayed us all.

He killed me.

Then, I woke up.

Waking after a month on the brink of death, Ethan Chase is stunned to learn that the Veil that conceals the fey from human sight was temporarily torn away. Although humankind's glimpse of the world of Faery lasted just a brief moment, the human world has been cast into chaos, and the emotion and glamour produced by fear and wonder has renewed the tremendous power of the Forgotten Queen. Now, she is at the forefront of an uprising against the courts of Summer and Winter—a reckoning that will have cataclysmic effects on the Nevernever.

Leading the Lady's Forgotten Army is Keirran himself: Ethan's nephew, and the traitor son of the Iron Queen, Meghan Chase. To stop Keirran, Ethan must disobey his sister once again as he and his girlfriend, Kenzie, search for answers long forgotten. In the face of unprecedented evil and unfathomable power, Ethan's enemies must become his allies, and the world of the fey will be changed forevermore.

So you may ask Team Ash or Team Puck. While both had great qualities and my heart was swayed by both at times I think hands down one was a front runner and always will be. I am ....

I had no clue how I would feel when The Lost Prince was coming out since I would miss Ash, Meghan and Puck so much. The great thing was Julie knew what fans needed before we did. It was so fresh and new and we still got a glimpse at our favorite characters but through new eyes. I can not wait to read The Iron Warrior and check back since I will be meeting and Interviewing the adorable Julie Kagawa at Yallfest in November.

It all started here! If you have not started this it is never too late.

My favorite part of the Iron Fey Series is basically all the scenes where Ash and Puck have to get along, or whenever there's a dialogue between those two darlings xD I love Ash, however I also love Puck because they have a great bromance going ^^ The thing I'm looking forward to the most about Iron Warrior, is to (hopefully) see Ethan alive and well again; and to find out if there's a tiny spark of hope left for Keirran :) Thanks, Julie, for creating such an awesome world and so amazing characters! 29. Well first and foremost my favorite part of this series has always been Ash. I was obsessed with him and Meghan throughout The Iron Fey and I couldn't wait to get sneak peaks of them here and there in Call of the Forgotten. I haven't read The Iron Traitor yet because I was waiting for The Iron Warrior to release, but I am hoping that the majority of them can stay alive(Grim, Ash, Meghan, Ethan, Keirran) and each have a happily ever after. I can wish right? I'm so nervous for them lol! :)

    1. By the way, my favourite moment is the moment Meghan meets Ash, because that was where the whole story started and every time I read that moment I still feel like I meet Ash for the first time. And what I'm looking forward the most in The Iron Warrior is whether Ethan will be able to forgive Keirran.

  35. OMG!!! I'm soooo excited. I ve cried, laughed and sometimes just hugged the books. I'm in love with the fey books. I can't believe it's almost over. My most favorite part was when Meg asked him to be her knight!!!❤️❤️❤️

  37. I loved when Ash left the Nevernever to be with Meghan, that was probably the most emotional moment in the whole series for me. That and the scene when he came back to her in the Iron Realm. What am I looking for in the Iron Warrior? I guess a good closure for all the characters involved.
